FDIC Guarantee Program

This is to advise you that First Arkansas Bank & Trust participates in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, your non interest-bearing transactions accounts with First Arkansas Bank & Trust have unlimited FDIC deposit insurance. This insurance is in addition to the FDIC's normal deposit insurance coverage of $250,000. The standard insurance amount of $250,000 per depositor is effective through December 31, 2013. On January 1, 2014, the insurance amount will return to $100,000 per depositor for all account categories except IRAs and other certain retirement accounts, which will remain at $250,000 per depositor.
