Lost or Stolen Card

If your debit card is lost or stolen, please call (501) 982-4511 or (800) 982-4511 immediately. If after hours, please call (800) 383-8000.

Unless you have been grossly negligent or engaged in fraud, you will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions using your lost or stolen MasterCard card. This does not apply to ATM transactions or transactions using your Personal Identification Number, which are not processed by MasterCard.
