Maximum fees are based on personal property passing through the estate and are set by Arkansas Law.

Additional Fees

There may be a higher fee charged for an individual investment product. This will be disclosed prior to purchase of that investment. The department reserves the right to negotiate fees based upon the nature of the work required. There is a mailing charge for forwarding statements on assets owned in Self-Directed IRAs. Fees (and minimum fees) are charged monthly. If an account is terminated during a month, a full month’s fee will be charged. This sheet contains rate and fee information established at the time of publication. First Arkansas Bank and Trust reserves the right to modify this information.
